Supervise and guide the Sales Rep. and products Promoter Officer that is under his/her assigned areas. 

To ensure that performance is at optimal level; 

Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved; 

Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor; 

Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts; 

Managing the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets; 

Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports; 

Ensuring that all claims are complies with company policy; and 

Other assignment may require to do time by time. 

Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or another related field. 

2 or 3 years experiences in Sales Supervisor role from FMCG Selling Skill 

Strong interpersonal skill, Leadership Skill 

Good communications (oral & written Khmer/English) skills Computer Skill 

Able to a flexible working hour 

Strong commitment and result-oriented attitude 

Possess valid driving license is a must, Working attitude
